After climbing a (nearly) 4000 m summit of Tochal we have enough time to sleep and recover our energy for the next day’s trekking in Damavand. Day 8: Descend to the hostel, Hot Spring, and go back to Tehran

After breakfast and packing our luggage, we’ll descend to Gosfandsara, where our 4WD will transport us to Polour. Take a shower and collect the equipment. The most important of these hot springs is located in Abe Garm Larijan in a village named Larijan in the district of Larijan. The water from this spring is useful in the treatment of chronic wounds and skin diseases. Near these springs there are public and private baths with small pools for use.
